This return and refund Policy (“Return and Refund Policy”), together with the terms of use, sets out Flyheap procedures and policies in accepting Product returns, once a Product has been delivered to a User after purchase from the Platforms. Any return of Products by Users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy.

Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the Platforms. The terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for the purchase of Product on the Platforms.

 

How to Return –

You can return the product by 3 simple ways

  1. Go your account than on your orders choose which product you want to return or exchange and click on the subsequent option
  2. Call us @ 18XXX-XXXX-XXX our executive will be more happy to help
  3. Send us an email request on [email protected].

Note some points while returning or exchanging

  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the snapshot at [email protected].
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Flyheap.com. In this case, an amount will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code ( customer has to provide shipping slip max cost provided INR 100). This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

 

Refund Process

Once the order has been picked up and reaches our warehouse, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Your Refund will be Processed on below timeline -

  • FLY Wallet – Within 1 hour
  • Any Other Waller – within 24 Hours
  • Card Payment / Internet Banking  -  Within 24 hours ( It may 5-6 Working Days to Reflect in our bank account)
  • Cash on Delivery or Gift Vouchers  – Money will be added in Fly Cash Wallet within 1 hour after the product is received and inspected by us.

 

*For any partial Payment return will be refunded in the same manner as paid.
